What are the debugging methods of flat mask machine?

Disposable flat masks are the most common type of masks in life and require the use of a flat mask machine for production and processing. The flat mask machine needs to be debugged according to the production requirements in the daily process. 1. Turn on the start stop switch and power switch of the flat mask machine, and the built-in light of the power switch will light up.




2. Adjust the air pressure. The air pressure valve is under the workbench. Open the door panel of the equipment and you can see the air pressure valve. Adjust the pressure according to the actual situation. When some mechanisms are out of sync, increase the pressure. The working air pressure is generally at Adjust within the range of 0.2~0.6MPa.


3. When the equipment is stopped, turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic generator and press the "Sound Wave Check" switch. If the amplitude display indicator rises sharply and exceeds 100, it means that the frequency is too far from the resonance point, and the "Sound Wave Adjustment" knob must be adjusted. Visually inspect the amplitude display, press the "sound wave inspection" check switch with your left hand (do not exceed 3 seconds), rotate the "sound wave adjustment" knob with your right hand, and adjust the amplitude display pointer to the lowest point. During adjustment, if the amplitude display indicator does not fall but rises, turn the "sound wave adjustment" knob in the opposite direction. The reading of the amplitude display indicator is within 50, and the reading of the ammeter indicator is below 0.6A, which is the best working condition. After adjusting the sonic wave, tighten the butterfly nut and close the protective cover.




4. Inspection of the cooling fan. Check whether the cooling fan is working normally to ensure that the ultrasonic transducer can work for a long time.


5. Check the pneumatic components of the flat mask machine


(1) Turn on the power, connect the air path, and switch the manual-automatic switch to manual gear.


(2) Turn on the switch of the material tray, check whether the material tray can run quickly and stably and be positioned accurately. After checking, turn off the switch of the material tray.


(3) Turn on the mouth clip and feed clip switch, check whether the mask clip and feed clamp operates normally, and turn off the mask clip and feed clip switch after checking.


(4) Turn on the switch of the aggregate cylinder to check whether the aggregate cylinder operates normally. After checking, close the switch of the aggregate cylinder.


(5) Turn on the side belt welding switch and check whether the side belt mold can be pressed down normally.


(6) Turn on the right switch of the ear loop to see if the rotating cylinder on the right is in motion and in place.


(7) Turn on the left earband rotation switch and see if the left rotating cylinder moves and is in place.


(8) Turn on the earband cutting switch and check whether the earband cutting cylinder is working and can reach the designated cutting position.


(9) Turn on the earband ejection switch, check whether the small earband ejection cylinder can work normally, and can loosen the earband clamp block.


(10) Turn on the earband welding switch and check whether the earband mold can work and reach the designated position.
